Audio Visual Equipment & Technology Support

Each session room will be equipped with a laptop and projector. NO over head projectors will be provided. The laptop accommodates CDs and USB drives. For A/V and technology support, contact the AMCIS registration desk located in Exhibit Hall A, Qwest Center (CC). You may also contact a student volunteer who will assist you with your needs.

The speaker ready room is located in Room 216 (CC).

Internet and E-Mail Services

All conference hotels have Internet access. In some cases, a fee may be charged.

The AMCIS 2005 Cyber Cafe (sponsored by the AIM Institute) is located in Exhibit Hall A (CC) during the following hours.

• Thursday, August 11th 4pm - 8pm

• Friday, August 12th 7am - 6pm

• Saturday, August 13th 7am - 6pm

• Sunday, August 14th 7:30am - 12pm
