Conference Attire

Following the tradition established at AMCIS conferences, we recommend business casual attire for all conference events.

Conference Registration Packet

Your paid AMCIS 2005 registration fee provides a badge that permits you access to all conference sessions, lunch on Friday and Saturday (with your meal tickets), the social event at the Henry Doorly Zoo on Friday evening (with your ticket), access to AIS Placement, exhibits, and the Cyber Cafe, as well as coffee breaks and continental breakfast Friday through Sunday.

Registrants and their paid guests will receive name badges and tickets for each meal/event. You must present your correct ticket for each event. If you requested a special dietary preference when you registered, you will receive an additional ticket. You should present this ticket to the server to receive your special meal.

First Aid Information
A first aid station is located in the convention center at Grand Hall, outside the exhibit area (lower level). There is no Emergency Medical Technician onsite. The telephone number for emergency assistance is “911”.

Conference Parking

The Qwest Center has designated parking lot B for the convenience of attendees driving to the conference venue. There is a fee of $6 for entry into the parking lot.
